The New Worlds Through Literature Program (NWTL) was first launched in collaboration with Barnes and Noble Booksellers. It was a tremendous success! The program was also awarded First Place winner in The Carolina Challenge, Social Entrepreneurship Divison, at The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler School of Business.
The New Worlds Through Literature Program provides a vehicle through which individuals, parents, groups, or corporations can give a library. We provide a library that will facilitate cognitive and moral skill sets in early childhood and young adulthood, particularly contemplation, through deep reading, creating a new world of contemplative thinkers. Additionally, another purpose of The New Worlds Through Literature Library is the empowerment of youth through virtues education.
New Worlds Through Literature Libraries will provide access to a compendium of literature that can be a sanctuary, a personal space (a place to learn), something to share, a place to build a dream, a place independent of circumstance, where good things are accessible.
